"message": "fix(server): do not run DB migrations at startup (prod outage hotfix)\n\nRunning migrations in-process before Bun.serve made DB availability a hard\nboot dependency. The prod Postgres returned XX000 (compute quota exceeded) on\nthe first query, so runMigrations() threw, the process exited 1, never bound\n:3000, and Fly health-checked into a restart loop -> full outage.\n\nRestore prior behavior: the app boots and serves /health regardless of DB\nstate (DB is connected lazily per-request). Auto-migration will move to a Fly\n[deploy] release_command (separate machine, fails the deploy not the app)\nonce the DB quota is resolved. runMigrations()/db:migrate:run helper retained.",
