      "message": "Harden unauthenticated LLM proxy path (#270)\n\nFixes two issues in the unauthenticated /api/llm/* handling:\n\n- resolveVirtualKey threw a raw Response for the database_not_configured\n  (500) and llm_provisioning_failed (503) cases. Hono re-throws non-Error\n  values instead of returning them, so those branches errored the worker\n  rather than returning JSON. Use HTTPException, which Hono returns via\n  getResponse().\n\n- Anonymous requests are forwarded with the LiteLLM master key, which can\n  reach admin endpoints (/key/generate, /spend/logs, /user/new, ...). An\n  anonymous caller could mint an unlimited-budget key and bypass the\n  free-model cost cap. Restrict the anonymous branch to an allowlist of\n  OpenAI-compatible inference paths; everything else returns 403.\n\nCo-authored-by: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>",
