Payload runs migrations at runtime on Cloudflare Workers via its own `payload_migrations` table, so no Alchemy `migrationsDir` needed.\n\n### Before deploying\n\n1. Add `RESEND_API_KEY` to himitsu/SOPS secrets (I couldn't decrypt `ops/secrets.sops.yaml` — the himitsu age key isn't accessible to sops on this machine)\n2. Run `bunx payload migrate` locally or let Payload handle it at runtime on deploy\n3. Verify Resend domain is configured for `contact@cooperm.com`\n",
