"body": "This updates the Copilot cloud-agent onboarding doc to include missing organization-wide guidance. Agents are now explicitly directed to apply review standards maintained outside this repo when reviewing PRs.\n\n- **What changed**\n - Added a new **Organization-wide agent guidance** section in `.github/copilot-instructions.md`.\n - Documented that org-wide Copilot instructions live in `darkmatter/skills`.\n - Documented that PR reviews in `darkmatter/nixmac` should also follow the review guidelines in that repo.\n\n- **Why this matters**\n - Aligns repository-local agent behavior with shared organizational review policy.\n - Reduces review drift between repos by making cross-repo guidance explicit at onboarding time.\n\n```md\n## Organization-wide agent guidance\n\n- Organization-wide Copilot instructions are maintained in the `darkmatter/skills` repository.\n- When reviewing pull requests for this repository, also apply and follow the PR review guidelines documented there.\n```",

"body": "@arximboldi if the guidance is stale, then we should update the guidance. what we dont want is to have to update 4 different places. the skills repo is the canonical location for guidance - all agents including codex, claude, our darkmatter bot which uses opencode, copilot, are currently pointed at that repo. Also, anything we write in obsidian will get synced to that repo as well. So what this is about is the wiring to have a solid \"one source of truth\" that actually is well-integrated - the content itself currently is by no means set in stone. But if after this is merged we see agents telling us to use a specific library then thats good because it means its working",
