"body": "## Summary\n\nThis is for Linear issue #598 -- when you choose \"Restart setup\", there was residual build state that got left in the session that caused the Onboarding wizard to a) skip the build step an proceed to \"Congratulations\" but b) not allow you past that point because the Rust side ended thinking a build never occurred. This would go away if you quit and restart nixmac, which was a big clue that it was a fronend issue.\n\n<!-- What does this PR do?
