"body": "## Summary\n\nDevelop's Storybook Snapshot Tests have been red on every run since Jun 9 16:32Z. Root cause: 3b650d57 (\"fix CI due to unfree tart\") also raised the snapshot batch size from 2 → 6. At 6, the batch that stacks **monaco (`nix-editor.stories`) and three.js/WebGL (`NixmacMascot3D.stories`) in one Chromium process** wedges it — three stories complete in seconds, then the process hangs until the 390s batch budget kills it, recording 12 failures and skipping the remaining batches. Identical signature on every run since (5 develop pushes + every PR).\n\nEvidence:\n- Last green develop run (`75042c2c`, Jun 9 16:24Z): \"50 files across 25 Vitest processes\" — batch 2, each heavy story isolated, suspect batches passed in ~4s.\n- First red (`3b650d57`, Jun 9 16:32Z) and all since: \"51 files across 9 processes. Batch size: 6\", same hang point.\n- Same Playwright/Chromium store path in green and red runs — not an environment drift.\n- At batch 2 the whole test phase was ~85s, so batch 6 had nothing meaningful left to optimize (the job's real cost was the setup action, fixed in #384/#385).\n\nThis reverts the default to 2 while keeping 3b650d57's improvements (`STORYBOOK_BATCH_SIZE` override and the batch-size-scaled timeout), with a comment documenting why 6 is unsafe.\n\nLonger-term (out of scope here): make `NixmacMascot3D` safe to co-batch — e.g. a WebGL-free static fallback under test, or releasing the GL context on unmount.\n\n## Test Plan\n\n- [x] `node --check` on the script\n- [ ] Storybook Snapshot Tests on this PR goes green (first green since Jun 9 — the check on this very PR is the test)\n\n## Docs\n\n- [x] No docs update needed\n\n🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code)",

"body": "Pushed two updates after the first CI round: (1) rebased onto current develop; (2) batch size 2 unmasked a real flake — the editor-panel stories raced their React.lazy editor chunk, and the two committed snapshots had fossilized *opposite* race outcomes (Flake = the \"Loading editor...\" fallback, Configuration = the mounted editor). Added a `play()` that waits for the editor to mount and regenerated the Flake snapshot to the deterministic state. The hang fix itself worked: the previous run executed all 51 files in ~2.7m with no timeout.",
