"message": "fix(settings): resync data-flow prefs from effective getPrefs after writes\n\nCross-model review of the previous fix found the mirror could diverge\nfrom actual routing: hand-writing openrouterApiKey=\"\" on clear hides an\nenv-injected OPENROUTER_API_KEY the backend keeps using. The mirror now\nre-reads getPrefs() (env-aware effective values) after each\nroute-affecting write instead of mirroring raw UI values.\n\nAdds a regression story for the original review scenario: a typed-but-\nunsaved OpenRouter key in form state must not flip the note away from\nthe persisted OpenAI route.\n\nA deeper backend issue (cleared keys stored as \"\" still win credential\nrouting) is out of frontend reach — filed as ENG-558.\n\nCo-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>",
