"message": "fix(lago): make lago-credentials a PreSync hook, remove ApplyOutOfSyncOnly\n\nThe lago-migrate-db job runs in PreSync phase but needs\nlago-credentials Secret, which KSOPS produces as a regular\nSync-phase resource. PreSync runs before Sync, so the Secret\ndoesn't exist when the hook runs.\n\nAdd kustomize patch to annotate lago-credentials as PreSync\nhook with BeforeHookCreation delete policy (persists across\nphases for Deployments to use, only replaced on next sync).\n\nRemove ApplyOutOfSyncOnly which caused ArgoCD to skip missing\nresources it considered 'already synced' from prior failed\nattempts.",
