"body": "## Summary\n\n- Updates the deployed Waku/Fumadocs documentation app under `apps/docs-waku`\n- Adds richer nixmac docs content, screenshots, and the docs Evolve demo video/player\n- Adds screenshot/demo asset generation tools under `tools/`\n- Extends native Storybook mocks/stories and updates widget snapshots for docs screenshot capture\n- Fixes CI install steps that were failing outside the dev shell because root `postinstall` requires `bun2nix`\n- Restores the missing Danger `checkTestPlan()` helper so Danger can run\n\n## Scope note\n\nThis is intentionally docs-only. It excludes the homepage video/work, `apps/web/**`, privacy text/link changes, `.beads/**`, and generated docs cache/build artifacts.\n\nThe first draft of this PR accidentally reintroduced `apps/fumadocs`. A follow-up `$claude-review` caught that `apps/docs-waku` is the active deployed docs app and `apps/fumadocs` had previously been removed as superseded. The docs work has been moved into `apps/docs-waku`, and the effective PR diff no longer adds `apps/fumadocs`.\n\n## Claude review\n\nRan `$claude-review` twice during the draft iteration:\n\n- First pass caught broken/out-of-scope `apps/fumadocs` deploy wiring, a dangling symlink, stray `.beads` artifacts, and video fullscreen behavior. Applied those fixes.\n- Second pass focused on Cooper/Scott review risk and caught the larger issue: the PR was adding a duplicate inactive docs app instead of updating deployed `apps/docs-waku`. Applied that change.\n\n## Test Plan\n\n- `devenv shell bun install`\n- `bun --filter @nixmac/docs types:check`\n- `bun --filter @nixmac/docs build`\n- `bun --filter @nixmac/docs lint`\n- `bun --filter native test:storybook`\n- `git diff --check`\n\nNotes:\n\n- `devenv shell bun install` passed and regenerated `bun.nix`; it emitted existing `bun2nix` warnings about unlocked `latest` catalog entries.\n- Storybook still emits existing warnings about missing `@storybook/addon-essentials` and CSF parsing warnings, but the Storybook Vitest project passes: 12 files, 91 tests.\n- Current deploy CI failure is Cloudflare/Alchemy auth during preview deploy after docs/web prebuild succeeds; it is not caused by this docs diff.\n",
