"body": "As we work more towards improving the evolution process, we need an easy way to share its details to better understand what chain of actions lead to a specific outcome.\n\nFor each evolve:\n\n* Write a log file with a detailed trace of the chain of tool calls. Potentially this should include the initial inputs (prompt, repo, commit hash, model used, etc.) so that we can attempt to reproduce it. It could be something like `evolve-<hash>.json`\n* The review or commit page should include a link to the log (or copy log button) so that it is easy to access and share.\n\nTo be defined (some perhaps separate issue):\n\n* Should this be in a machine-readable format? e.g. JSON, yaml, etc.\n* What specific information to include?\n* Potential UI for quick access?\n* Include also as part of user feedback form?\n\n---\n\n## Acceptance Criteria / Gherkin Specs\n\n```gherkin\nScenario: Evolution trace log file is written on completion\n Given an evolution completes (success or failure)\n Then a structured trace log file exists in the app logs directory\n And the filename includes a unique identifier (e.g., evolve-<hash>.json)\n And the log contains: prompt, config dir, provider, model, host, initial/final commit hash, tool calls, and telemetry\n\nScenario: Log is accessible from the review step\n Given an evolution has completed and the review step is shown\n Then there is an \"Open log\" or \"Copy log path\" action visible\n When I click it\n Then the log file opens or the path is copied to clipboard\n\nScenario: Log is accessible from the commit step\n Given an evolution has completed and I am on the commit step\n Then the same log access action is available\n\nScenario: Log enables reproduction of an evolution run\n Given I have an evolution trace log\n Then it contains enough context (prompt, model, config hash) for a developer to attempt to reproduce the run\n```",
