"body": "Add newsletter subscription with Resend email confirmation.\n\n### Backend\n\n- **`collections/Subscribers.ts`** — new Payload collection with `email` field (unique), public create access, admin-only read/update/delete, `afterChange` hook that sends a welcome email via `req.payload.sendEmail`, and a custom `POST /api/subscribers/subscribe` endpoint with duplicate detection\n- **`payload.config.ts`** — registered `Subscribers` collection, added `resendAdapter` email config (`@payloadcms/email-resend`)\n- **`alchemy.run.ts`** — added `RESEND_API_KEY` as a Worker env var (sourced from `process.env.RESEND_API_KEY`, same pattern as `PAYLOAD_SECRET`)\n\n### Frontend\n\n- **`components/newsletter-form.tsx`** — client component with email input + subscribe button, handles idle/submitting/success/error states, matches existing zinc color palette and rounded-pill button style\n- **`app/(frontend)/home-view.tsx`** — added `NewsletterForm` to the Connect section with \"Get notified when I publish new posts.\" label\n\n### Migration\n\nPayload auto-generated migration `20260607_071920_add_subscribers` — creates `subscribers` table with unique email index. Payload runs migrations at runtime on Cloudflare Workers via its own `payload_migrations` table, so no Alchemy `migrationsDir` needed.\n\n### Before deploying\n\n1. Add `RESEND_API_KEY` to himitsu/SOPS secrets (I couldn't decrypt `ops/secrets.sops.yaml` — the himitsu age key isn't accessible to sops on this machine)\n2. Run `bunx payload migrate` locally or let Payload handle it at runtime on deploy\n3. Verify Resend domain is configured for `contact@cooperm.com`\n",
