"message": "fix(cl-intelligence): unify money-gate math, strict readers, strict CLI flags (#180)\n\n* fix(cl-intelligence): unify money-gate math, strict readers, strict CLI flags\n\npercentDifference: four divergent formulas guarded nominally identical\n0.5% tolerance gates (symmetric max-denominator, |v-e|/|e| unguarded,\n|(a-b)/b| with Infinity fallback, denominator floored at 1). The same\nnumbers could pass one gate and fail the gate cross-validating it —\nreplay-card and replay-capital-lineage compute the same deposit\ncomparison with different formulas. One shared implementation now:\nsymmetric, percent units, both-zero = agreement, non-finite = +Infinity\n(fail-closed — previously NaN propagation made 'diff > tolerance' FALSE,\nso corrupt inputs counted as agreement in replay-position and\nindependent-price-provider). USD deposit gates share the dust floor\n(minDenominator 1). Zero existing fixtures flipped at boundaries.\n\nReaders: readOptionalNumber in replay-capital-lineage and\nreplay-benchmark-return now throws on non-finite row values present\n(was: silent skip / undefined -> missing-evidence path). Corrupt USD\nrows fail loudly.\n\nBoundary pinning: 12 new at-boundary tests pin DEPOSIT_TOLERANCE_PCT,\nHODL_DENOMINATOR_TOLERANCE_PCT, DEPOSIT_BASIS_DISAGREEMENT_TOLERANCE_PCT\nand the 0.05% SQL-USD cross-check — mutation-verified (each constant's\n10x loosening now fails tests; all previously survived).\n\nStrict CLI flags: parseStrict() helper backported to 17 mri-based bin\nCLIs (was 2 of 34 strict). A typo'd safety flag now exits 2 naming the\nflag instead of silently dropping the gate.
