"message": "feat!: rename project config key outputs: to codegen: (hm-66a)\n\nHard rename: a non-empty legacy outputs: block now fails typed config\nloads with rename guidance, including the read-modify-write paths\n(outputs_mut, ProjectConfig::load_or_default) where re-serialization\nwould otherwise silently destroy it. 'himitsu migrate envs' converts\nboth envs: and outputs: blocks to codegen: (idempotent; conflicts on\nduplicate labels or an existing codegen: block). TUI keymap action key\nis now 'codegen' with aliases for outputs/envs. Docs updated.",
